News we're interested in:

  • Anything that would be considered of interest to most fans of StarCraft. This would include news, updates, or announcements made by Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net, or other reputable sources of StarCraft news.
  • Team news. Anything that requires the attention of most members of Team Areola. This could include news about tournaments, news of any major function taking place within the team. Stories on a more personal note about any team member. Anything you feel is newsworthy, send it in.

What we're NOT interested in:

  • Team Disputes. If you have something going on with other team members, and it becomes heated, this is not the place to air your frustrations. We have a message board designed for just that type of feedback. Anything of that nature submitted will promptly be trashed.
  • We aren't interested in smaller items. This news site should be used for major game related news, and in-house happenings. If you are a visitor to this site, you are welcome to use any resource here you find, but remember this is a team website and not for the general StarCraft community so don't submit mail about your website, or another team (clan) happening, this is of no interest to us.

If your not quite certain if your bit of news is newsworthy, go ahead and send it in. We'll take a look and if its deemed worthy, you will see it on the site shortly.
